Outborne provides cold outreach services, website development, and related digital marketing solutions. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon before project commencement.
For subscription services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. For one-time projects, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables created specifically for their project. Outborne reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Outborne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
